The most natural way to activate the interior potential is to illuminate it with the light of the consciousness. In consequence of the stressful way of life nowadays, you do not wake up when the sun shines. You are too exausted, or simply too far from the natural processes, and so you need an alarm clock. Also your psycho provides you with alarms – generally defined symptoms – to awaken you and inform you that something is wrong. If you are ready and attentive to these symptoms, you exit from somnambulism and enter a state of awakefulness.
